What to tell us

A good first message can be very simple.

If you are not sure where to start, copy this structure and fill in only what you know.

  • Your business name or activity.
  • City or area — for example Benidorm, Dénia, Alicante or another location.
  • What you need: support, digital organisation, backups, a website, automation, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or something else.
  • How many people or devices are involved, if you know.
  • Whether it is urgent or can be looked at calmly.
Example:

“Hi, I run a small office in Benidorm. We want to sort out email, backups and remote access for 3 people. It is not urgent, but we want to do it properly.”
